C.B.S.E RESULT: CLASS X-XII

The School has been giving cent-percent results at the Board exam level for the last five years. It is heartening to mention that this year several students got selected in professional courses. On Teachers Day, Bharata Vikas Parishad honoured 5 teaches and 5 students of our school

GAMES AND SPORTS

Our students have participated in a number of athletics, games and sporting events, such as volleyball, football, basketball, cricket, throw the ball, softball, boxing, powerlifting, table tennis, chess, taekwondo, swimming, cycling, skipping, carrom etc.at district, state and national levels. In these events, our students won 65 gold medals, 40 silver medals, and 58 bronze medals. Besides medals, they won cash prizes, a laptop, and a multi-gear bicycle.

CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

National Institute for Open Schooling provides an opportunity to appear in public examination in April/May and October/November every year which helps our special need children to go at their own pace and pass Senior Secondary Examinations in the semester system.

INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY-ABILITY SHOW
Our school in association with IED SS & SSA Cell, Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi organized the state level programme to mark the International Day for Persons with Disability 2012 on 20th December 2012 in our School. Shri Dewan Chand, IAS – Secretary (Education), Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi was the Chief Guest. Dr. Vimlesh Kumari, Dy Director of Education (IED SS) and other officials of Directorate of Education graced the occasion.

KHUSHI RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL FOR STREET GIRLS

. The Khushi Residential School for Street Girls at Tehkhand, Okhla is running very successfully. At present, there are 105 girls who are being looked after. Our School has been providing educational facilities/training etc. to them. About ten girls are the regular students of class-V in the After Noon Shift of our school.

FREESHIP AND SCHOLARSHIP

In the session 2012-13, a sum of Rs.1.07 crore was disbursed on freeship and scholarship to 566 students of the school. Thanks to Jasbhagti Charitable Society, Respected Bauji, Dewan Foundation-UK, Arpana France-Paris, Inner Wheel Club, Servants of the People Society and a lot many philanthropists and charitable organizations for their financial support and assistance.

15. We have miles to go for our future projects

a) The Chairman has plans to open more schools for Integrated Education along with one Vocational Training Centre &a Sheltered Home for the disabled in the next two years.

b) The opening of Rural Medical Centre in the vicinity of Delhi at Gurgaon.

c) Construction of 22 rooms as per revised Delhi Master Plan-2021 with an approx.
the budget of 2 crores. Expansion of over existing building.

d) Setting up of E-Class Rooms in the existing school.

e) Introduction of one foreign language in the curriculum.

f) The opening of NCC Air Wing and Scout.
